All of The New York Hotel Elysée’s guest rooms (87 rooms, 3 junior suites, 7 suites, 3 Premiere Suites) feature hair dryers, in-room safes, mini bars, complimentary high speed wireless Internet access, accommodating writing desk, two-line phones, iHome MP3 Dock / Alarm Clock Radio, voice mail, flat panel LCD televisions, plush cotton robes and a variety of Gilchrist and Soames bath amenities in our luxurious marble bathrooms. Each guest room has windows that open and individual air temperature control. Some rooms have unique features such as terraces, kitchenettes or solariums. All rooms are non-smoking. Our mattresses tend to be firm, however guests are welcome to request a featherbed upon making their reservation, and will be provided based on availability.

All of our luxurious Street Side Superior Rooms are located on low floors and most often face the street. Spacious in comparison to most New York accommodations, Hotel Elysee guestrooms are approximately 300 square feet and include either a King or Queen sized bed. Street Side Superior rooms offer sunny views of 54th Street and are perfect for heavier sleepers or people used to regular city noise.

The New York City Hotel Elysée features many beautifully appointed Deluxe Rooms. Each room has either a King or Queen bed and is approximately 300 square feet. All of our luxurious Deluxe Rooms have windows that can open, marble bathrooms, writing desks, in-room safes, hanging closets and a sitting chair. Our Deluxe Rooms are located throughout the hotel in both the front and back of the building so if you have a preference to be street side for a view or enjoy a quieter room facing the back, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The New York City Hotel Elysée offers guests the option to book a Deluxe Double room which features two Double Sized beds in them. These rooms include all the aforementioned amenities and these rooms are perfect for guests traveling together or with children.


The Hotel Elysée New York has three very special rooms which we call Junior Suites. These rooms each have a King sized bed and a separate sitting area which includes a Queen-sized, pull out sofa bed. All junior suites have non-working fireplaces which add to the luxurious decor of the room. Our Junior Suites are approximately 425 square feet and are located on the higher floors in the hotel.

The New York Hotel Elysée offers many elegant one bedroom suites. Each of the beautifully appointed New York hotel Suites feature a bedroom with King sized bed, desk and sitting chairs, a separate living room with a sitting area, an armoire and a queen-size pull out sofa. Some Suites have a small dining area and kitchenette. Suites are approximately 600 square feet and are located on both the front and back of the hotel.

The Royal Suite boasts a spacious living room with a baby grand piano, a non-working fireplace and a round dining table able to accommodate six people. The fully equipped kitchen off the living room has a full size refrigerator, microwave, and a stove with four burners, large sink and sufficient counter space. The bedroom has a king size bed and an adjoining large marble bathroom, consisting of a separate shower and oversized bath tub. The Royal Suite is approximately 950 square feet and can be adjoined to the Deluxe Double room next door for additional sleeping space.

Like the Royal Suite, the Presidential Suite has a spacious living room with a baby grand piano, a non-working fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. The Presidential suite has a large dining table that can accommodate up to eight people. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat panel LCD television. Off the bedroom is a terrace that looks out onto 54th Street. The Presidential Suite is approximately 950 square feet and can be adjoined to the Deluxe Double room next door for additional sleeping space.

The Presidential Suite also has a spacious living room with a baby grand piano, a non-working fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.

The Parlor Suite has a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. The large dining table can seat up to six people. The Parlor Suite has a non working fireplace with a wall mounted flat panel LCD television. The elegant bedroom has a king size bed, a flat panel LCD television and a walk-in closet. The Parlor suite is approximately 900 square feet.
