Graydon Carter, the editor of Vanity Fair and an owner of the Waverly Inn is the new owner of the Monkey Bar along with partners, Hotelier Jeff Klein, and Jeremy King of The Wolseley, the restaurant in Piccadilly, London. Unfortunately, this means the Monkey Bar is closed for the time being, however we are very sure the upcoming changes and enhancements will be worth the wait. In the meantime, guests are enjoying flawless service and delicious selections from in room dining provided by one of New York City’s best Italian restaurants, Bice.
